At Patiyala Shop, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Product

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth quality check process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be shipped.
